Blueoverture.com

Submitted by Andy on Fri, 2008-11-07 18:12.

I thought I'd post this note I got from ATS alumna Rachel Waxman. Rachel studied with us for about 2 years and we just love her! And now she's at Northwestern University and being all entrepreneurial on the internet! BTW, I checked out blueoverture.com and it's really simple and easy to use. I think it could be great for an actor that needs a site to point people to. AG

Hi Andy!

I hope everything is going well at ATS!

I wanted to let you know about a website I just launched this past week, geared towards artists (especially actors) - www.blueoverture.com. The site is a free profile-building tool that allows users to upload resumes, photos (headshots!), audio, video (acting reels!), and enter contact and other information. The idea of the site is to act as an online portfolio and marketing tool, and an alternative to using the social networking sites which are less tailored to the needs of performing artists.
