headshotFrom the time we're very small, we're taught that emotions can make us lose control of ourselves and our behavior. Unfortunately, the message we often hear is that if our behavior is unacceptable, the emotions that cause that behavior are unacceptable as well. And so we often suppress our emotional life to the point that we lose touch with it and its richness.

No appointment is necessary and an accompanist will be provided.

Please prepare a song and a 1 minute monologue*

*If you don't have a monologue, cold readings will be available.

Musical Theater Heritage to Hold Auditions

Musical Theater Heritage, which produces concert-style musicals at the Off Center Theatre at Crown Center, will be holding auditions for their 2010 season on Friday January 29, and Saturday January 30, from 4-10pm. MTH will be offering equity and non-equity contracts, and auditions will take place at their business office located on the 2nd floor of the LIVESTOCK EXCHANGE BUILDING at 1600 Genessee, Kansas City, MO, 64102.
