For this year's annual fundraiser, the Just Off Broadway Theatre
will become an Irish pub – Rory’s. Our darlin’ wild rover Charlie
Lafferty is being waked in grand style in his home away from
home – you’ve got it, Rory’s. The audience joins Charlie’s widow,
his sweet daughter and bumbling son-in-law, the parish priest and
the savvy innkeeper as they celebrate the life and times of
ramblin’, gamblin’ Lafferty. Two hours of sheer fun with jokes,
jigs, stories and live music sing alongs with such old favorites as
“When Irish Eyes are Smilin”, “Danny Boy”, etc. It’s an audience
pleasing frolic!

Tickets are $15.00 as a tax deductible donation and can be ordered
through Chris at the theatre Monday through Friday from 11 am
to 2 pm by calling (816) 784-5020.

Since this is a fund raiser, there are no special group rates. Order as many as
you like, but also consider this --you can reserve the entire theatre of 100-120
seats as a private party just for your congregation on one of the dates listed
below.
